Transport for Greater Manchester
The brief
The HR (People) Team at Transport for Greater Manchester wanted to create a campaign to highlight the variety of recruitment opportunities available at TfGM and to show that it isn't all just bus drivers, tram drivers and train conductors – in fact, it is none of them.
The campaign had to highlight the many different career opportunities available, the diversity of the workforce and to make the roles and the thought of working for a public sector organisation an appealing one.
The concept
Two routes were presented to the team, each of which met the brief. And in true HR fashion, they loved both of them. 
From Route 1 they loved the creative headline which was a play on words with what the organisation is all about, as well as the use of the striking photography showing the mix of roles. From Route 2 they liked the use of colour that showed the diverse nature of the work and roles at TfGM but also reflected the diversity in the current and future workforce.
